Vince was extremely easy to work with, I will be returning to him for all my FFL needs. He even gave me a great deal on range ammo, and helped me pick out things I would need as a first-time gun owner. cannot recommend Vince enough.
The gun itself shoots like a dream. The sights needed to be adjusted from the factory, and I had two failure to feeds in the first hundred rounds, likely from a new mag, as both were the first round in the mag, but other than that, no issues whatsoever. The thumb safety has zero play and is very easy to operate thanks to the extended thumb pad, and the slide lock is easy to operate, not requiring too much force to unseat. This is definitely a gun that you feel more than you see. Further, the slide to frame match is spectacular, and there is very, very little play in the slide when it is forward. the trigger is light from the factory, and feels natural.
