We ship all firearms to FFL license dealers only. We must have a signed copy or clear faxed copy from the FFL license transfer agent before we can ship firearms. This is the law. A local dealer can be located under your yellow pages and may be a local pawn shop. If you are unable to locate an FFL dealer in your area please email us with your zip code and we will be glad to assist you.

Merchandise (EXCEPT FIREARMS AND THEIR COMPONENTS) may be returned with prior approval to gunguyonline.com within 10 days of receipt for a refund, provided the items are returned to us in brand new condition in the original packaging. We may assess a 20% restocking fee for all new merchandise returns. All new products we sell carry their factory supported warranty. Gunguyonline.com does not offer any express warranty itself on the products sold, all warranty related issues should be discussed with the manufacturer. We will do our best to obtain factory assistance if need be but all warranty is through the manufacturer.
Used items are sold as is, gunguyonline.com does not warranty any item. All used items including consignment sales require prior approval within 2 days of receipt for a refund. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned used items.
